The size of the plastic bags is usually determined according to the size of the packaged items. Paper size

For plastic bags, the paper can be chosen from 157g or 200g coated paper. If it needs to be matched with heavier packaging products, 300g coated paper or cardstock with a thickness of 300g or more can be used for printing. If coated paper or cardstock is used for printing (usually white cardstock of 250g is used in the market), generally a coating or sub-coating is needed to increase its strength. In addition, due to its strong toughness, white kraft paper is increasingly used in plastic bag production, and usually 120g or 140g white or yellow kraft paper can be selected. After printing, it needs to be oiled to protect the ink from getting dirty during bag making.

Processing technology

After printing, plastic bags need to be coated, shaped, glued to the box, and threaded with ropes to form. The ropes for plastic bags can be nylon ropes, cotton ropes or paper ropes. If the size of the plastic bag is large, reinforcement rivets need to be added at the rope holes to resist tensile force.
