Special attention should be paid to protecting the bearing parts of molds with gears, racks, and spring molds, to ensure they are always in the best working condition. As production time continues, the cooling channels are prone to accumulate water垢, rust, silt, and algae, causing the cross-section of the cooling channels to shrink and the cooling passages to narrow, significantly reducing the heat exchange rate between the cooling fluid and the mold, increasing the production cost of the enterprise. Therefore, the cleaning of the cooling channels should be given special attention. For hot channel molds, the maintenance of the heating and control systems is conducive to preventing production failures, and is therefore particularly important.
